  • THAT the Minutes of the following Committee of the Whole meeting, be adopted:

  • Surplus Properties – Holly Crescent, Thistle Crescent & Thornloe Drive


    WITH RESPECT to the Memorandum from Councillor Brian Hamilton dated June 14, 2024 and relative to the minutes of Committee of the Whole June 3, 2024 and Report 2024CLS.031 (Realty Services) we recommend that the following parkette properties; 724 Holly Cresent, 628 Thistle Cresent, and Part of 661 Thornloe Drive be referred to Administration to add to the list of properties recommended for surplus;

    AND THAT Administration provide notice to the public as per policy with respect to the surplus of these properties;

    AND THAT be brought forward for ratification at the July 22, 2024 City Council meeting;

    AND THAT any necessary by-laws be presented to Council for ratification.

     


The Minutes of the following Ward Meetings to be received:


1. Meeting 01-2024 of the Current River Ward held on April 30, 2024;
2. Meeting 03-2023 and 01-2024 and of the McKellar Ward held on October 18, 2024 and January 31, 2024, respectively;
