Ratifying Resolution

8.1

By-law 298-2024 - Parking Regulation Amendment

A by-law to amend By-law 075-2024 to delegate authority to the City Manager, or assigned delegate, the ability to designate temporary construction zones to be exempt from parking fees for large municipal construction areas.

8.2

By-law 299-2024 - Corporate Services-Appointment of Person to Enforce Parking

A By-law to amend By-law Number 99-2005 being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.

By-law 303-2024 - A By-law to amend By-law 11-2007 

A By-law to amend By-law 011-2007 being a By-law to appoint Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay.

By-law 305-2024 - A by-law to amend the User Fee By-law

A By-law to amend By-law Number 028-2007 being a by-law to set fees and charges imposed for various Municipal Services.
