A By-law to amend By-law 087-2007 with respect to Schedule "D" restrictions over 5,000 kg.

By-law 133-2025 – Closing a Portion of Lane adjacent to 330 St. George Avenue

A By-law to stop up and close a portion of the Lane abutting 330 St. George Avenue described as Part of Lot 15 on Registered Plan 116 (D78) and as shown on Reference Plan 55R-15385 as Part 1, in the City of Thunder Bay, in the District of Thunder Bay.

By-law 157-2025 – Site Plan Control Designation – 940 Memorial Avenue, 946 Memorial Avenue, 546 13th Avenue

A By-law to designate areas of Site Plan Control pursuant to Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended (940 and 946 Memorial Avenue, 546 13^th Avenue).

At the November 25, 2024 City Council meeting, an amended resolution relative to Report 309-2023-Corporate Services-Licensing & Enforcement was ratified.

Memorandum from Councillor Rajni Agarwal, dated May 13, 2025 requesting that a Notice of Motion to Amend the resolution relating to the Parking Authority Financial Plan, Report 309-2024, be introduced at the May 26, 2025 City Council Meeting, for debate at the June 2, 2025.
