THAT the following By-laws be introduced, read, dealt with individually, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered:
1. By-law Number: BL 20/2024
A By-law to to remove a Holding Symbol pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, as amended (1507 John St. Rd.).
2. By-law Number: BL 21/2024
A By-law to amend By-law 1/2022 (The Zoning By-law) of the Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (City Wide).
3. By-law Number: BL 26/2024
A By-law to amend by-law Number 99-2005, being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for the Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.
4. By-law Number: BL 33/2024
A By-law to authorize the exemption of the Common Elements Condominium from the approval requirements of the Planning Act pursuant to Section 9(6) of the Condominium Act and to allow the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Final Plan of Condominium (115 Minot Avenue).
