Pending the passage of the resolutions relative to the above-noted at the Committee of the Whole meeting, to be held earlier in the evening, the resolutions will be presented for ratification and under Council's policy will require a two-thirds vote.

  • THAT the following ratifying resolutions be introduced, read, dealt with individually:

    1. Report 015-2024-Infrastructure, Development & Operations-Development Services-Planning Services - Terms of Reference - Housing Task Force;


A By-law to remove a Holding Symbol pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, as amended (1507 John St Rd).


A By-law to amend By-law 1/2022 (The Zoning By-law) of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (City Wide).


A By-law to amend By-law Number 99-2005, being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.


A By-law to authorize the exemption of the Common Elements Condominium from the approval requirements of the Planning Act pursuant to Section 9(6) of the Condominium Act and to allow the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Final Plan of Condominium (115 Minot Avenue).


  • THAT the following By-laws be introduced, read, dealt with individually, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered:
