By-law 64-2023 - A By-law to repeal By-law 25/2017

A By-law to repeal By-law 25/2017, being a by-law to appoint a City Treasurer for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay.

By-law 65-2023 - Amendment to Waterworks By-law 68-2018

A By-law to amend By-law 68/2018, being a by-law to regulate the supply and distribution of water and to provide for the management and maintenance of the Waterworks.

By-law 66-2023 – A By-law to amend By-law 50-2012 - Property Tax and Water Credit Program for Low Income Seniors and Low Income Persons with Disabilities

A by-law to amend By-law 50-2012, being a by-law to provide a Property Tax and Water Credit Program for Low-Income Seniors and Low-Income Persons with Disabilities, pursuant to Sections 319 and 365 of the Municipal Act, 2001.

By-law 68-2023 - Transfer Payment Agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation for the Safe Restart Agreement (SRA)

A By-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer Payment Agreement between His Majesty the King in right of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario (the 'Province') and The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (the 'Recipient') for the transfer of Phase 4 Municipal Transit Funding with respect to the Safe Restart Agreement (SRA).

By-law 70-2023 – A By-law to amend By-law 99-2005 - Appointment of Persons to Enforce Parking

A By-law to amend By-law Number 99-2005, being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.
