8.1

By-law 243-2025 - A By-law to Appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers

A By-law to amend By-law 011-2007, being a by-law to Appoint Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay to update the appointment of Officers.

8.2

By-law 251-2025 - Appointment of Persons to Enforce Parking

A By-law to amend By-law Number 99-2005, being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.

8.3

By-law 245-2025 - Authorization to Submit an Application to the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corp.

A By-law to authorize submission of an application to the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC) for financing certain ongoing capital projects for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (the "Municipality"), to authorize temporary borrowing from OILC to meet expenditures in connection with such works, and to authorize long-term borrowing for such works through the issue of debentures.

By-law 246-2025 - Authorization to Submit an Application to the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corp.

A By-law to authorize submission of an application to the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC) for financing of certain ongoing capital works of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (the "Municipality"); to authorize temporary borrowing from OILC to meet expenditures in connection with such works; and to authorize long-term borrowing for such capital works through the issue of debentures to OILC.
