Establishment of City Council - Special Session - June 5, 2023

 

The following resolution will be presented to Committee of the Whole for consideration: 

  • THAT a City Council – Special Session meeting be scheduled for June 5, 2023, immediately following Committee of the Whole, for the purpose of confirming the minutes of the May 15, 2023 Special City Council - Hydro AGM and City Council meetings, and adopting the minutes of the May 15, 2023 Committee of the Whole meeting.

The following resolution will be presented to Committee of the Whole for consideration:

  • THAT a Committee of the Whole – Closed Session meeting be scheduled for Monday, June 5, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. in order to receive information pursuant to the Municipal Act (Section 239 (2)) relative to:

    (b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees;

    (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board;

    (d) labour relations or employee negotiations;

    (k) a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by on be half of the municipality or local board.
