Manager - Community Safety & Well-Being to provide a report including updates on engagement and the Community Safety & Well-Being Forum. (Distributed separately)

Manager - Community Safety & Well-Being Louisa Costanzo, to lead discussion relative to the strategic plan action tables, including a review of the current structure and directions for the next Community Safety & Well-Being Plan.

Manager - Community Safety & Well-Being Louisa Costanzo and Climate Action Specialist Danielle Thom to lead discussion relative to the transition of relevant advisory committees. 

Committee members to engage in a roundtable discussion. Chair Jason Veltri to provide information relative to the Police Service Board.

Engagement & Public Information Specialist Stacey Levanen to provide information on updated branding and messaging. 

The Community Safety and Well-Being Advisory Committee will meet a minimum of six times annually or at the call of the Chair, with the exception of July and August, in the McNaughton Room, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
