WITH RESPECT to the November 20, 2024 meeting of the Council Composition Review Committee, we recommend that the agenda as printed, including any additional information and new business, be confirmed.

City of Guelph Councillor Cathy Downer and General Manager of the City Clerk's Office & City Clerk for the City of Guelph Stephen O'Brien to provide an overview on a city council model that reflects 2 elected councillors per ward and be available for questions on their application of this model. 

The Chair will call deputations forward in the order they were received.
