A by-law to amend By-law 74-2018, a By-law to establish a Municipal Accommodation Tax, to change the Municipal Accommodation Tax rate from 4% to 5% and to remove administrative schedules.

By-law 366-2024 - Appointment of Person to Enforce Parking

A By-law to amend By-law Number 99-2005, being a By-law to appoint Municipal Law Enforcement Officers for The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay for the enforcement of Municipal Parking By-laws.

By-law 370-2024 - By-law to define the duties of the Office of the City Manager

Notice of Motion to Amend - Capital Budget Schedule - Table 1: 2025 Budget Calendar

At the June 24, 2024 Committee of the Whole meeting, a resolution was passed relative to Report 227-2024-Corporate Services-Office of the City Treasurer and ratified by City Council on July 15, 2024.

Memorandum from City Treasurer Keri Greaves, dated September 23, 2024 requesting that a Notice of Motion to Amend relative to the 2025 Capital Budget Schedule - Table 1: 2025 Budget Calendar, be introduced at the October 7, 2024 City Council meeting, for debate at the October 28, 2024, City Council meeting. 

• WITH RESPECT to Report 227-2024-Corporate Services-Office of the City Treasurer and the Memorandum from Keri Greaves, City Treasurer, dated September 23, 2024, we recommend that paragraph one be amended by adding “with the exception of the dates relating to the Capital Budget”
  
  AND THAT the following be added after paragraph one:

  "AND THAT the 2025 Capital Budget be presented to Committee of the Whole as a First Report on November 4, 2024;

  AND THAT the 2025 Capital Budget be presented to Committee of the Whole for deliberation on November 25, 2024;”
