  WITH RESPECT to the Memorandum from Councillor Michael Zussino dated June 20, 2024, and the Committee of the Whole minutes from June 3, 2024 relating to Surplus Real Properties, we recommend that the decision to surplus the vacant property, municipally known as 172 and 168 Street, be deferred to January 13, 2025;

  AND THAT this item be added to the outstanding list;

  AND THAT any necessary by-laws be presented to Council for ratification.
